Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.The RoleWorking in concert with Strategic Executive, provides overarching pre-sales support in any manner needed to successfully keep the pursuit on track and moving forward in an efficient manner.The Main Responsibilities

Initiate the launching sequence of a new engagement, ensuring that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization

Oversee development of the artifacts for pursuit kickoff (eg: initial scope split, timeline, service delivery components)

Drive resource map discussion, identify and fill any gaps

Establish pursuit status update communication artifacts and related meetings

Responsible for validation/rationalization of the Bill of Materials to ensure it matches the solution architecture, and are in the correct format for finance

Develop the proposal deck framework based on the service strategy and initial content for submission to customer

Develop Gate approval material and decks

Project assets, create and prepare Box folder, smart sheet task list and project related objectives

Drive execution of tasks within the SET task list plan for the entire pursuit and revise as necessary

Drive external customer facing weekly cadence meetings

Prepare for contract phase (e.g. prepare smart sheet, align assignments, prepare contract status deck)

What We Look For in a Candidate   2 to 4 years of sales experience selling network, security and/or professional services solutions.      Experience building territory plans, prospecting, and bringing in new revenue.    Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including senior executives.    Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills.    Strong customer focus.    Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.    Growth mindset.     Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.    Experience with Salesforce.com.CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. This National Guard position is for a SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D0883P01 and is part of the ME DCSLOG, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in the Army National Guard ARNG, Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics/G4 (DCSLOG/G4), Distribution Management Division, supply and Services Branch. Its purpose is to plan, organize, direct, coordinate and manage all command supply and services functions. Plans, organizes and manages supply and services functions to include command equipment/property readiness/accountability management. Formulates and implements command supply operating procedures and policies necessary to support units. Ensures unit responsibilities for receipting and accounting of equipment and supplies are met. Develops and manages the state logistics contingency stockage plan and coordinates the plan with the USPFO. Implements the Chief of Staff of the Army Supply Excellence Award Program. Administers the command equipment loan program. Serves as the focal point for approval of the loan of command equipment within the state ARNG. Directs the loan of equipment between units within the command. In coordination with the USPFO, request/directs loans of equipment to and from entities outside of the command/state, preparing inter-service support agreements and memorandums of agreement as appropriate. Advises the DOL Logistics Management Officer (LMO) on command supply and services status and recommends support required for current and proposed operations. Collects and consolidates data for areas in which operations are anticipated. Develops, implements and evaluates the effectiveness of the Command Supply Discipline Program. Provides guidance on interpretation of directives and assists units, organizations and activities in supply and services matters. Manages the command property program within units of the state to ensure Equipment on Hand (EOH) readiness is met, in conjunction with State Readiness Committee guidelines. Conducts an assessment of all EOH within units of the state and directs equipment redistribution within the command based on EOH policy as developed by the Plans and Policy Office of the DCSLOG/G4. Maintains current command supply analysis on trends of effectiveness and efficiency. Directs actions to improve/correct undesirable supply conditions, practices and policy in the command. Manages, controls, analyzes and recommends corrective action for property losses in the command. Provides management oversight responsibility for the state ARNG command Financial Liability Investigation of Property Lost (FLIP) Program reporting. Provides guidance to units on supply regulations. Provides guidance to the USPFO reference the Command\'s policy on the funding of requisitions (less Class IX). Serves as a member of appropriate ASL review board(s). Serves as the command mobility energy management officer; serves on the state energy council; coordinates mobility energy maintenance allocation and monitors mobility energy usage. Receives fiscal information from each subordinate function to prepare and review budget estimates for the command supply and services functions. Evaluates the effects of new programs on funding requirements and ensures the preparation of justification for budget revisions. Prepares, reviews and verifies command supply and services reports. Directs and coordinates logistics activities, including procurement and provision of command supplies and services and management of command material and equipment. Monitors required unit equipment inventories and is active in the development, scheduling and execution of special command physical inventories. Coordinates with USPFO Property Management Branch, Examiner Section on their annual inventories and selective inventories as appropriate. Processes Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL)s in accordance with applicable regulations. Monitors unit DODAAC submissions. Ensures timely unit submissions on adds, changes, or deletes. As appropriate, coordinates with the unit and State DODAAC coordinator on any required submissions. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 36 months experience, education, or training supervising and/or managing supply personnel and a variety of supply functions. Knowledge on the entire inventory management supply system. Experience coordinating with other organizations on complex and controversial supply issues. Experience providing advice and guidance on supply regulations to upper levels of management regarding supply functions. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
