SUMMARY:
IT Reporting Specialist to work through emails from employees to reporting technology related issues. Collect critical information, triage, and move the trouble ticket forward to the next level. The ideal candidate will have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Power Apps
Create power apps for: Machine Line production entry, Shipment tracking
Power BI
Drive reporting in Dynamics
Integrate Power BI reports in Dynamics
Daily, MTD, YTD reports
Sales reports
Financial reports
P&L
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow
Multi-Entity reports
Company Reporting
Production reports
Commission reports
Sales Rep reports
Accounting reporting requests
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excel – expert level, Power BI, Power Apps, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics F&O
