Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager - Product Job Description:The Sales Enablement Program Manager, Product will be responsible for developing and delivering sales enablement that drives sales effectiveness and productivity. The Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager will lead product enablement initiatives aligned to regional enablement plans. They will work collaboratively across Sage to develop and execute enablement programs and “Always On” enablement to equip our sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively sell our products.In partnership with regional commercial leadership this role will work closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams to proactively assess current and ongoing enablement needs, design and implement product enablement programs, and measure the impact of the programs against agreed performance outcomes. The Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager will align all enablement programs to the Sales Excellence and Enablement goals, objectives, strategies and the Revenue Plans. For this role, in those locations, the total cash range for new hires is: $132,000 to $180,000 3rd quartile.In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, commission plan.
