Description Robert Half HR Solutions is looking for Contract Sales Compensation Analyst located near Peachtree Corners, GA. The role the successful candidate to work onsite 4 days per week. This role has potential for contract to hire for a proven performer and based on business needs. You will be responsible for various tasks, including the calculation and validation of incentive compensation and bonus commissions, the creation of financial models, and the development of systems and processes for compensation metrics.Responsibilities: Accurately calculate, validate, and process payment of incentive compensation plan components and bonus commissions for all salesforce employees. Develop and maintain systems and processes crucial to the reporting and tracking of compensation metrics. Assist in payroll processing for employees in the organization. Create financial models to project sales and align adjustments. Collaborate with sales leadership on territory alignment changes and their impacts on sales and quotas. Coordinate compensation design and structure adjustments between HR and Finance departments within the HRIS system. Foster business partnerships with Finance, HR, and Sales management to align incentive compensation development with organizational, financial, and sales force goals. Support ad hoc projects and reports requested by sales management and corporate leadership. Handle other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, month/year-end closing, journal entries, bi-weekly & monthly payroll processing.Advanced Excel skills required! Experience using NetSuite or similar software and Paylocity preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great organization.
