Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to become part of our team in the Banking industry, located in Norcross, Georgia, United States. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our local and wide area network hardware and software, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and coordinating with various IT projects. Responsibilities: Ensure the operational functionality of both local area and wide area network hardware and software. Investigate and diagnose IT problems within the entire infrastructure, implementing effective solutions. Address and resolve end-user technical issues through various methods such as over the phone, in person, or online. Collaborate and communicate with the managed service provider on various IT projects and tickets, ensuring the efficient delivery of services and solutions. Stay updated with the latest developments in hardware and software technologies. Use various technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Computer Hardware, Database, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, and Configuration Management in daily tasks and responsibilities. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Possesses a minimum of three years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or a similar position within the banking industry. Proficient in Cisco Technologies and Citrix Technologies. Demonstrates strong knowledge and experience with Computer Hardware. Familiarity with Database management and Dell Technologies is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory is essential. Experience with Apple Devices and Backup Technologies is necessary. Demonstrates expertise in Configuration Management. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have excellent customer service skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
