Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Technician who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in break/fix troubleshooting, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (O365), and a strong understanding of Active Directory. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues in a corporate environment.
Proficiency in Active Directory user management, group policy administration, and security permissions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are a plus.
