In this role, you'll focus on optimizing assembly processes, reducing cycle times, and improving product quality. You'll lead root cause analysis (RCA), implement continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to lean manufacturing efforts and support the pharmaceutical manufacturing process in a fast-paced, regulated environment.Key responsibilities include:Optimizing assembly processes to improve efficiency and reduce defectsLeading RCA to identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actionsSupporting change management processes and writing change controlsUsing Power BI, Minitab, and statistical tools to perform data analysis and track key metrics (SPC, KPIs)Applying lean principles such as 5S and waste elimination to streamline operationsCollaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve process stability and reduce variability
