As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding machines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork.ResponsibilitiesSet up, start up, and operate injection molding machines to produce quality plastic parts.Change out molds, complete setups, and perform basic mold repairs as needed.Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues to minimize downtime.Monitor and maintain support equipment such as dryers, loaders, and color feeders.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.Perform routine mold cleaning and keep accurate process documentation.Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing corrective actions.Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and production staff to maintain quality and efficiency.Participate in 5S activities and line clearances.Assist with process validation, equipment specifications, and improvement projects as assigned.
