TA Manager is involved in entire recruitment lifecycle, sourcing talent through various channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from attraction to onboarding, for all Operations teams. Identifies and engages with top talent, conducting thorough interviews and providing guidance on the interview process. Additionally, analyzes the labor market, tracks recruitment metrics, and continuously improves recruitment decisions and the quality of hires.Job DutiesPlan, develop and implement TA strategy.Take ownership and manage TA lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various channels.Ensure the best candidate experience throughout attraction, recruitment, and on-boarding processes.Identify and engage with the best talent on the market.Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively.Develop strong external knowledge of corresponding labor market to provide guidance and advice to internal clients/stakeholders, e.g., market analysis, candidate profiling etc.Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions, the quality of hires and provide data to key stakeholders.Prepare and monitor budget for TA activities.Work closely with hiring managers to understand, assess and plan hiring needs.Maintain & implement unified policies and procedures.Optimize process workflows efficiently.Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed.Maintain post-placement contact to ensure that new hires have been successful.Secure TA team’s competence and high-performance standards.
