 Ensure high availability, stability, performance, and reliability of related systemsEnsure high-quality IT services that enable productivity and collaborationDesign and maintain end‑user computing environmentsManage operating system lifecycle, including deployment, updates, and configurationAutomate tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effortDeploy, update, and maintain applications across organizational devices.Ensure compliance with organizational & security policies and technical standardsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to support broader infrastructure and security initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement of workplace technologies, processes, and user experience.
