The general duties of the Neighborhood Manger (NM) are outlined below and shall be subject to change at the discretion of the Board.
General Duties & Responsibilities: The NM duties and responsibilities shall be the management of covenant enforcement, maintenance of the common areas, facilitation of the Design Review Committee and it's review process, and preparing Request for Proposals for repair work for the common areas. NM duties and responsibilities are to be performed for the NM’s assigned neighborhoods and in compliance with the Association Governing Documents. NM should strive for proficiency in Association software, Governing Documents, and Hawaii Revised Statutes applicable to the Association. Regular office hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Covenant Enforcement: NM shall be responsible for complying with the Covenant Enforcement Procedures to prevent selective enforcement of neighborhoods.
Property Maintenance: NM shall be responsible for conducting Property inspections within the Manager’s assigned neighborhoods. The NM shall coordinate maintenance and repair work as may be reasonably necessary to preserve and protect the Property.
Design Review Committee: NM shall be responsible for managing the design review process for the NM’s assigned neighborhood in compliance with DRC guidelines. NM shall assist the Senior Site Manager with the facilitation of the DRC meetings.
Additional job duties: drafting correspondence, document manager, and approving invoices.
Approximately 35 hours per week. Reports to the Senior Site Manager.
