Architectural Firm in Honolulu is seeking a CADD Draftsperson and Project Manager. Work will focus on a variety of commercial and residential projects. Specialized in preparation of Construction Documents, Specifications; High-rise Building Rehabilitation Projects; Restaurant Design; Retail; Custom Homes/Renovations; and Construction Administration Services & Management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare Design concepts & renderings
Preparation of construction documents
Assist in organizing Project Specification Manuals.
Assist Project/Principal Architect in Construction Administration Services.
Participate in jobsite field observations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum (3-years) experience in AutoCAD
Good communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Positive attitude
PREFERRED:
Knowledge, understanding, and practice of CADD techniques relative to Architectural services.
Experience working in an architectural firm.
Architectural and/or Technology AEC Degree.
Use of Google-Sketchup, Photoshop, Excel and Word applications.
Construction Administration & field experience.
Current residency in Honolulu, Hawaii.
