Requirements of Position:
Positive professional attitude
Demonstrate confidence and leadership
50 hours per week minimum including all weekends and holidays with 4am start time
Quality control of all food to company standards
Hiring, training, and disciplining of all kitchen staff
Management of kitchen
Compensation-
$65k annual salary with bonus opportunities
Two weeks paid vacation after one year
