Hiring for multiple management positions, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager and Sous Chef to lead and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of restaurant management. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations

Train and develop staff

Be a leader in guest experience

Implement budgeting strategies to optimize operational costs while maintaining quality standards.

Be proficient in health and safety standards in regard to food and beverage service.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

Requirements

Experience in Restaurant management

Experience in training and developing staff members.

Solid understanding of budgeting processes within the hospitality industry.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards.
