Job Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working individual to join our farm team. This role focuses on maintaining the grounds, removing invasive species, assisting with deliveries, and performing general farm work. No prior technical skills are required, just a strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Maintain clean and safe grounds around farm property
Remove weeds and invasive plant species
Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, and basic irrigation tasks
Load, unload, and deliver farm products or supplies
Operate small tools and equipment safely (training provided)
Support other farm-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labor
Punctual, dependable, and a team player
Valid driver’s license preferred
Must have health care on start date
