This position involves a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and cleanliness of our residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be eager to learn, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.Responsibilities:Clean elevators (1 elevator with 3 floors per building).Set up elevators with plywood flooring and wall padding for move-in/out.Mop floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.Daily clean trash rooms to maintain a sanitary space.Clean walls and doors to uphold the aesthetic appearance.Clean bathrooms to ensure hygiene standards.Clean barbecue grills, picnic tables, pick up trash, and empty trash containers in courtyards.Adjust landscape timers and replace bulbs in landscape lights.Trim atrium plants and make planters look neat.Keep detailed reports on daily duties for record-keeping purposes.Pressure wash sidewalks to maintain a clean exterior.Qualifications:Eager to learn and demonstrate a positive attitude.Ability to follow instructions and work independently.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting and manual labor.To Apply:Call/text Isabella at: (909) 757 - 6080
