Title: Administrative Assistant
Available Shifts: Sat & Sun + Some weekdays 9am-1pm OR 5-9pm
We’re a financial firm seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our accountants. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent multitasking skills. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
● Answering incoming phone calls and addressing client questions and concerns
● Handling a high volume of paperwork and performing clerical duties such as note-taking, file
maintenance, and document organization
● Assisting with general office duties including scanning, copying documents, and data entry
● Receiving and responding to incoming emails and texts
● Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
● Petty cash reimbursement
● Scheduling appointments
Required Qualifications:
● Prior administrative or clerical experience is preferred
● Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent customer service and communication skills
● Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
● Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
● Must be able to handle and maintain confidential information
● Willingness to learn and grow with the company
● Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
