Immediate Opening F/T Office Assistant - Accounting Help
General office duties are:
-Answering Phones
-Assist in emails and data entry
-Assist in Posting Accounts Payable and Account Receivable
-Assist in Reconcile Bank/CC Statements
-Assist in inputting tax data
-Assist with filing customer data/files
-Support day-to-day clerical and accounting functions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Strong work ethic and detailed oriented
- Ability to multitask and be well organized
- Provide great customer service
