Pay is commensurate with experience.
Spa experience a plus but will train - A little OCD is good!
Hanalei Day Spa is hiring a vibrant front desk person to be the friendly face that sets the tone for our guests' spa experience.
Location: Hanalei Day Spa, at the Hanalei Colony Resort, Kauai.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests with warmth.
Set appointments, check-ins, and check-outs to maintain a seamless flow of spa services.
Provide information about our services, products, and promotions, showcasing your passion for wellness.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism, alacrity and enthusiasm.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. But will train the qualified candidate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with an attention to detail.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
A genuine passion for creating a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere.
