Qualifications include:
High School Diploma
Experienced in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
Proficient at typing, and general administrative computer skills
Focused, organized, responsible, takes initiative
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings and specifications is a plus
We will train to review plumbing specifications, drawings, & contracts to identify scope of work
Material take-offs using contract drawings
Assembling product data submittals
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to date logs
Maintaining communication with vendors & the field
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Completing project material closeouts
Assisting Division Manager with project assignments
