Position: Sales Admin
Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary:
This position will assist the Sales team in performing sales and administrative duties involving Customers, Orders, Client Relations and Quoting.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Manage Client Relationships & Orders
Produce correct quotes and follow up until orders are placed
Help clients with pick up of completed orders
Answer Customer inquiries via e-mail and phone
Organize customer files and update computer timely
Makes deliveries, pick up supplies and other items as requested
Maintain general office organization and administration – file and organize documents regularly.
Answer phones, direct inquiries professionally.
Perform other duties as may be requested

Ability to multi-task
Able to generate quotes
Familiarity with E-Mail, Mac-based computer
Detail-oriented, strives for accuracy within specified time constraints
Organized, well-spoken, courteous phone etiquette
Ability to follow directions and work independently – dependable and self-motivated.
Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic, positive attitude, and the highest level of integrity.
Ability to work discreetly with confidential information
Maintain regular & timely attendance
Valid Hawaii Driver’s License required
Education and Experience:
Required: High school diploma or GED
Experience working with people in a business setting
College degree preferred
Be able to use and maintain company order management software
Working Conditions:
Indoors, air-conditioned environment, need to walk up a staircase several times per day
Office environment – consistent use of a Mac computer
Sitting for long periods of time
Frequent use of telephone
Ability to lift objects up to 50+ pounds
