We are a small Boutique Familv Owned Real Estate Brokerage And Property Management Company looking for a new Member to be part of our Ohana.
Epic Realty is looking for a FIELD ASSISTANT./QUALITY CONTROL MEMBER
This Team Member will work primarily out in the field assisting in daily operations, with morning
check-in at our Kahana Office, Monday - Friday.
Tasks primarily include quality control inspections, working closely with the Director of Operations, maintenance and cleaning team throughout the day, ensuring vacation rentals are perfect prior to guest arrivals. Occasionally, tasks include purchasing and delivering of supplies, inventory unpacking and putting away, assessment and reporting of damages and troubleshooting.
If you have the following qualifications:
Strong Body. (able to safely lift uo to 50 Ibs)
A strong work ethic
Team Player
Kind and honest
Ability to think fast on your feet
Critical thinking while collaborating with the team
Handy with small tools and capable or minor repairs.
Familiar with basic TV electronics/cable
Have a reliable vehicle
Have a Cell phone.
You have good references
Compensation depends on Experience.
Full and Part Time Available.
