As a Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing your assigned portfolio, from operations and financial activities to managing important relationships with our tenants, property owners and vendors. From managing service contracts and overseeing tenant improvements, to completing property inspections and making recommendations, you’ll have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas.
What you bring:
3 - 5 years' experience in commercial real estate.
Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers.
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills.
Good communicator; articulate and able to produce well written correspondence.
Self-motivated with positive mindset and solutions-based approach.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and real estate software (Sage 300, Yardi, MRI, etc.).
Reliable attendance.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
Current Hawaii Real Estate License & Driver’s License.
Bonus skills and experience:
Construction management experience.
Experience with contract and leasing agreements.
Proven acumen in understanding CAM calculations.
Experience in managing staff/vendors.
What success looks like:
You develop and maintain strong relationships with internal team, property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors, responding timely to inquiries and requests.
You are responsible for annual budget preparation and tenant reconciliations.
You demonstrate strong initiative and ownership of your role in successfully managing all operations tasks and reporting deadlines without compromising accuracy.
