Quam Properties Hawaii is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Long Term Rental department.
Hawaii Real Estate License is required. Experience is preferred but will train the right person.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Showing properties
-Processing applications
-Preparing leases
-Coordinating outside vendors for maintenance and repairs
-Move-out & move-in inspections
-Clerical duties
-Real Estate sales
-Dependable transportation and good driving record is required. Excellent benefits package. Pay based on abilities and experience.
Maui Resident required, West side preferred.
