We’re looking for an eco- passionate, motivated, excellent communicator for our Sales Manager.
If you're an energetic self-starter, quick on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your dream role.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth through customer engagement, lead follow-ups, and building long-term client relationships
Manage wholesale accounts both online and in-person
Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries, leads, and partner communications
Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to align goals and maximize customer satisfaction
Report on sales metrics and identify growth opportunities
Represent the By the Sea Organics brand with enthusiasm and aloha
Requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Fast, professional responder to messages and emails
Previous sales experience (wholesale)
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable using CRM tools and basic sales tracking software: Salesforce, Quickbooks and Excel
Passion for sustainability, eco - fashion, and Hawaiian island life is a huge plus!
Compensation & Benefits:
$25 per hour
