Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Financial Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, ensuring accuracy in general ledger entries, and overseeing cash management and cash flow processes for state agencies. The ideal candidate will have experience with Infor and a strong understanding of financial principles.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile cash subsystem to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Support department Financial Managers to manage cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting. Oversee cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and cash position reporting. Utilize Infor software to manage financial data and identify gaps in workflows Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.Pay Rate: 35/hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
