Pay: $30-33/hr DOE
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:30PM
Some on-call duties required
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Hold a journeyman's HVAC license(industrial or institutional experience preferred)
- Experience with and ability towork onindustrial equipment such as 600-ton chillers, Air handling units up to 40,000 CFM, and industrial steam systems spanning multiple buildingsonsite
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- On-call flexibility
