Description We are in search of an HR Recruiter to join our team based in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be primarily working with behavioral therapists and handling the full recruitment cycle. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity with a hybrid work model, allowing for remote work with 2 days on-site.Responsibilities: Oversee the full recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Utilize ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and CRM for recruitment processes. Conduct comprehensive background checks on potential candidates. Leverage platforms like Careerbuilder and Applicant Track System for sourcing potential candidates. Efficiently handle about 15-20 open requisitions. Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR-related tasks. Perform benefit functions as part of the recruitment process. Employ excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams. Use the 'About Time' system for time management and organization.
