Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Caterpillar’s Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) is hiring a Program Manager for Integrated Services .Job Summary: Lead the proactive management of service leads execution and customer value agreements (CVA) fulfillment leveraging condition monitoring technology. Develop a consistent strategy to support service leads and operations with remote service capabilities. This role is responsible for managing communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project delivery, plan, and budget, along with ensuring collaboration across the enterprise for projects under their leadership.What You’ll DoThe Program Manager is accountable for ensuring successful and on-time delivery of projects addressing clear customer requirements and delivering value for customers resulting in incremental CVA, CM insights and parts revenue.

Lead project teams comprised of marketing, operations, business, product group and digital resources tasked with developing/integrating, piloting, proving, and documenting digital and Condition Monitoring (CM) elements in support of Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) and Prioritized Service Events (PSEs).

Lead project teams through prototype, commercialization, pilot, implementation and follow-up stages of various projects or tools.

Develop, produce, and deliver project management schedules, stakeholder updates, and gate reviews, using professional project management tools and techniques.

Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making.

Leads progress of projects, discusses challenges/roadblocks with affected areas, assures appropriate personnel are informed and steps are in place to meet schedules and recommend possible solutions and alternatives.

What You Have:

Extensive experience in direct project/program management

Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal, consulting and influence skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills, self-starter, strategic thinker and strong decision maker

Advanced skills in Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project

Demonstrated experience delivering on time, on budget projects

Extensive relationship management and problem solving skills

Customer focus and service excellence mindset

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

Product support or aftermarket experience

Condition monitoring experience

Field experience working with dealer or distributor networks

Six Sigma Black Belt certification / experience

Change Management certification / experience

Project Management certification

Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge of dealer service processes

Familiarity with new product introduction (NPI) process
