The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies and direct client interaction. Immediate availability is preferred.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage scrum teams, ensuring effective implementation of Agile methodologies.
Collaborate directly with clients to identify and address risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the delivery of projects involving Stibo Systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Track and report on project progress, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills:
Extensive experience as a Project Manager with a focus on managing scrum teams and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Stibo Systems, with hands-on experience in MDM (Master Data Management) projects.
Strong client management skills, including risk identification and issue resolution.
