They will also be adept at informing on & executing the Enterprise data strategy and influencing non-associated decision makers and leading inquiry-data change management efforts across organizational boundaries.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities Highly experienced with informing and executing a comprehensive Enterprise Analytics Data management strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives. Serve as the single point of accountability for the Enterprise Data Foundation - partnering with Master Data & Enterprise Data Management, Data Science Product Leadership & Client services functions within DnA Partner directly with IT Commercial services team to collaborate on Analytics needs and solutions. Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure infrastructure designs and approaches meet the business data & analytics capabilities required. Champion related enterprise data governance and influencing others to engrain governance mentality in our DnA efforts. Lead implementation of various supporting Azure Microsoft data capabilities, Databricks and other data cataloging, visualization and Analytics application to support the overall Analytics Strategy program. Upskill existing talent & staff the gap areas for the DnA Operating Model Drive Enterprise data and analytics standardization across rules, quality, processes, and onboard necessary tools. Enforce rules and encourage & influence best practices within the team and across the organization as needed. Create Data-centric approach to support business questions, decisions and actions – developing our Analytics and relevant data roadmap. Lead the Data and Analytics strategy, design, development and implementation of all data management & Analytical tools and systems. Manage the Data and Analytics team of professionals and their career planning/development, including E2E solution leads, data ingestion, curation, visualization, BI, cubes, Data science commercialization, architects, data analysts, and data engineering professionals. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and other legal requirements related to data management. Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in data and analytics delivery and inform recommendations for the adoption of new capabilities, tools and platforms. Partner with cross-functional teams within IT and across the business functions to identify critical analytics needs and their corresponding data design/governance policies/data quality/accuracy. Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to develop data-driven insights that drive business actions and outcomes. Partner with and manage external vendors or consultants as an extension of IT to ensure successful data systems implementation and integration with existing environment. Partner with PMO leads to continuously manage team delivery to project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality and high adoption data products. Build high trust relationships with our business partners. Build repeatable processes around data management and execution, data products and data science commercialization. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect Reports

May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the jobEducation Level:Bachelor’s or relevant experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related fieldField of Study/Area of Experience:

Proven experience (10+ years) leading Data analytics projects and teams.

10+ years of analytics/data science/ai & data management/analysis experience, including extensive knowledge of database schemas, data dictionaries, field mappings, data sensitivity, data security, data flows, process analysis, etc.

10+ years of experience in multiple areas of BI and Analytics

Implementation experience with Data Governance, Data catalog, Analytics, Semantic Layer, etc. tools – especially in the Microsoft & Databricks offering space.

Strong knowledge of all required capabilities to execute a Data and Analytics strategy in an emerging space of maturity for an enterprise

Create RFPs, review responses and finalize vendors as an extension of IT team working with strategic sourcing

Strong understanding of Enterprise data management, business processes, including finance, order management and procurement.

CPG/ Retail experience is a plus

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage projects, and deliver results.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment. Build Strong working Executive relationships. Strong written communication and verbal communication skills at Executive and team levels. Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within/ across teams.
