Oversee CRM Strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Lead a team of CRM and Owned channel strategists and analysts to ensure effective implementation of customer engagement initiatives.

Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and optimize audience engagement metrics.

Be a thought leader, always abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer engagement to continuously drive stronger business outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media strategy, audience strategy, analytics, creative, and solution architects to translate strategy to actionable personalized activation opportunities.

Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and agency and data partners to grow credibility and trust.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence within the client strategy team.

Champion 1st Party data and drive forward initiatives to grow customer understanding by identifying more customers, capturing more zero-party data and data enrichment.

Act as a liaison for how to best leverage existing MarTech (Activation, Identity, Cleanroom and CDP solutions) to maximize scale and effectiveness of customer strategy solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

10-15 years in Proven experience CRM, Segmentation, Digital Strategy or related roles, with a track record of driving measurable results.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Robust understanding of how audience strategies are activated via paid media and owned channels

Passion and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to the client

On-site in Chicago (mix of client and agency office), min of 3 days per week
