Bombay Eats (Wraps) is a FAMILY OWNED 4 location (Loop, Streeterville, Lakeview & Naperville) fast casual restaurant + food truck in downtown Chicago specializing in Indian wraps, sandwich rolls and bowls . We continue to support our customers & team through good times and bad.
We are getting ready for our next leg of expansion and looking for a Chef with strong cooking experience (some Indian food) + general manager capabilities (team & location management) + customer minded.
Our food line is set up similar to Chipotle.
Our mission is to share our delicious food in an easy, convenient and fast manner.
We have taken the best of Indian cooking and simplified it.

Required Qualifications:
- Cook with 5+ years of food experience (Indian cooking too)
- Customer oriented attitude, we are in business to delight our customers
- Ability to follow recipes
- Ability to assist in the management of the kitchen (inventory management, scheduling, etc)
- Personality traits - multi tasking, passionate, dedicated, sense of ownership
- High sense of organization, emphasis on cleanliness
- Fast casual experience is a plus
- Multi unit restaurant experience is a plus
