Line Cook/Prep Cook:
Job Description
-Help the head chef prep for the evenings dining service.
-Be capable and proficient using all the tools and equipment a line cook would need to use, including oven, deep fryer, and grill.
-Be able to use communication and teamwork to ensure all meals are prepared and served in a timely manner.
-Help with cleanup at the end of the shift and ensure kitchen is ready for the next days preparation and dining service.

Job Description
Clean and stock dishes. Take garbage's out at the end of the night and help kitchen staff clean kitchen at the end of the shift.
