Job Duties include but are not limited to :
Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule
The periodic performance of preventative maintenance programs
Develop specifications for grounds maintenance, snow removal, and cleaning
Coordinate apartment turnover logistics to ensure completion within three to five days
Keep manager informed of supplies & equipment needed for cleaning & maintenance duties
Be on standby in the event of emergency calls for evening, weekday & holiday coverage

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least 2 years experience within residential property management.
After- hour availability; including nights and weekends on a rotational basis.
Proven knowledge of building codes, laws and regulations.
Must be available to handle on-call emergency services on as-needed basis.

Must have personal, reliable transportation to get to work in order to respond to on-call
emergencies.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. Moving items over fifty pounds utilizes a team lift.
