Position Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Area Manager to join our team for this part-time, seasonal position. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering and retrieving microwaves and mini-fridges to and from university dorms. If you're reliable, enjoy flexible work schedules, and have a passion for customer service, this will be a great fit!
Key Responsibilities:
Off-Season (October - April): $20 per ticket (average 8-12 tickets a week)
Set up appointments with customers to schedule deliveries, returns, or repairs.
Create your own work schedule and manage logistics for product deliveries and returns.
Ensure smooth and timely communication with customers via text and email.
The workload is fairly easy and quick to get through, if scheduled right one can get 10 tickets done in less than two hours.
Operations Season (May - September):$20 per hour (average 20 hours per operation)
Work as part of a team to handle large-scale operations, delivering or retrieving products from student dorms.
Coordinate with universities for end-of-year storage or new student room deliveries.
Requirements:
Valid experience driving a box truck.
Own a pickup truck or cargo van to transport mini-fridges to and from storage.(we will cover the gas)
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Excellent communication skills, particularly via text and email.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Important Notes:
Room to grow and expand, if you are liking the work and looking for more hours/tickets we have schools out of state that we can send you to. Also we are adding new schools to our client list every year.
Strict zero tolerance policy for arriving to work under the influence—violations will result in immediate termination.
This is a seasonal and part-time position, ideal for someone looking for flexible work during the academic year.
