Essential Job Description
- Inspects and completes general maintenance and minor repairs to facilities, streets, and vehicles.
- Performs routine lawn care and maintains planting beds as necessary.
- Ensures community is presentable and inviting at all times
- Cleans and maintains community buildings, such as: community offices, restrooms, laundry areas, and maintenance garage.
- Maintains vacant sites.
- Assists with turnovers and maintains used and leased homes.
- Performs minor plumbing and electrical tasks. Willingness to learn!
- Removes snow from community streets, parking lots, building entrances.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Basic knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical and grounds maintenance. A willingness to learn is KEY!
Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment.
Ability to walk, climb, stand, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds.
