Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with both businesses to create tailored marketing plans aimed at increasing student enrollment at Mathnasium and boosting bookings for daycare services at Play and Stay Dog Lounge.
Community Outreach:
Build strong relationships with local schools, PTAs, community organizations, and influencers. Represent business at events, fairs, and community activities.
Digital Marketing:
Manage social media platforms for both businesses (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), create engaging content, and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Track and optimize performance to ensure strong ROI for each brand.
Event Planning:
Organize and promote events for both Mathnasium such as open houses, math nights, and other in-center activities that attract prospective families.
Content Creation:
Develop compelling flyers, newsletters, email campaigns, and other promotional materials for both brands to drive customer engagement and sales.
Lead Generation & Data Analysis:
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts for both businesses, reporting regularly on lead generation, conversions, and campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in education, service-based businesses, or pet care
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with social media management tools and digital advertising platforms
Experience with content creation and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Part-time preferred
