ADMIN/ Assistant/ part time employment type: part-time. (NOT REMOTE) IN OFFICE ONLY!
We are seeking a dedicated Office Admin Assistant to join our team. Students are welcome.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our staff and ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Duties:
- Phone calls and emails with clients ,contractors and potential customers /employees
- Assist in preparing documents and correspondence.
- Write and proofread documents.
- Cold Calling/Sales when needed
- Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Utilize research skills, provide document management and project management.
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Manage document flows.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Bi lingual skills: Spanish language
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- HR /Recruiting experience or willingness to learn
- Proficient in clerical duties and document management systems.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to learn new programs quickly.
