Operations Manager (Sales) – $8,000 to $14,000/Month!
Job Description:
We are seeking an Operations Manager (Sales) with a hunger for closing deals and building lasting client relationships. This position is ideal for a driven salesperson with strong construction knowledge and excellent follow-up skills.
Responsibilities:
-Build rapport and develop strong relationships with potential clients.
-Follow up consistently with leads until deals are closed.
-Communicate daily with clients via phone, email, and text to maintain engagement.
-Understand client needs and communicate effectively with the estimator to ensure accurate quotes.
-Maintain detailed notes on client interactions for the entire team’s reference.
-Occasionally visit job sites to meet clients in person as needed.
Requirements:
-Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.
-Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills.
-Ability to work in a hybrid environment (remote, office, and fieldwork as needed).
-Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred.
Compensation:
-6% commission on the total sale price of each job.
-Potential earnings range from $8,000 to $14,000 per month based on sales performance.

Work Environment:
-Primarily a remote role, but may require occasional on-site client meetings.
