We are a growing general contracting company seeking a reliable and experienced 2-man carpenter crew for deck building and kitchen & bathroom remodeling projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential carpentry: framing, finish work, decking, and interior remodels
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques
Must have reliable transportation
Own and maintain all necessary tools to perform the job efficiently
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results
Professional attitude and clear communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Trex, TimberTech, or other composite decking systems
Experience with cabinet installation, tiling, and trim work
Location: Primarily North/Northwest suburbs of Chicago
Start Date: Immediate openings available
