Apartment Turn Technician
Summary:
We’re also hiring a hands-on Turn Technician to manage the make-ready process and ensure that vacant apartments are move-in ready on schedule. This is a key role that keeps the community running efficiently and impresses every new resident.
Responsibilities:
Inspect apartments after move-out and document required repairs
Execute the turn process from cleaning to minor repairs
Coordinate with contractors (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
Perform basic repairs: paint, patch drywall, install fixtures/appliances
Replace filters, bulbs, and perform general cleaning
Keep work areas clean and organized
Respond to basic maintenance calls if needed
Participate in on-call rotation as required
Qualifications:
Apartment maintenance or turn experience strongly preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry
Able to work efficiently, manage time, and meet deadlines
Reliable, organized, and detail-focused
Strong communication skills
Physically capable of lifting, moving, and performing manual tasks
