1. Lead Maintenance Technician

Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced, certified Lead Maintenance Technician who can lead by example and ensure the property remains safe, functional, and visually appealing. You’ll handle everything from HVAC repair to coordinating with contractors and supporting the turn process.

Qualifications:

HVAC Certification required

CPO certification preferred

2+ years of experience in residential property maintenance

Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs

Leadership skills and the ability to supervise others

Detail-oriented and safety-minded

Must be able to work with tenants and staff in a professional manner

Able to perform physical, hands-on maintenance tasks

Responsibilities:

Oversee and perform daily maintenance duties

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

Conduct preventative maintenance and regular inspections

Perform structural repairs: windows, doors, walls, etc.

Maintain grounds and amenity areas

Ensure safety standards and protocols are followed

Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff

Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs
