Full-time experienced maintenance person needed for a large apartment community in Hammond, IN.
Working knowledge of HVAC is required. Duties include plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
Snow removal, landscaping/grounds work. Maintenance of vacant and occupied apartments and other duties that may be assigned.
On-call rotation required. Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and tools.
