Looking for a conscientious responsible self starter maintenance helper/cleaner to ensure building is clean.
A bonus if you know how to paint and can have extra hours.
Will be responsible for keeping the interior and exterior of the building clean, including the elevators, office, lobby, mailroom, stairwells, hallways, laundry rooms, etc
Will be responsible for move outs and move ins of units.
Including removal of debris and cleaning.
Should be available for snow shoveling and salting.
Will be on call some times.
Should live close.
