Qualifications:
● Ability to read shop drawings and architectural plans with accuracy
● Clear understanding of fabrication methods from design to finish
● Ability to measure, layout, cut, dimension, and prepare materials for assemble
● MIG weld various thicknesses of steel
● TIG weld steel, stainless steel, aluminum and bronze
● Grind, chase and prepare surfaces for finish
● Some patina experience a plus
● Must have valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
● Safely use a variety of shop tooling and machinery
● Reading blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
● Taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed
● Fabricating custom furniture and architectural elements
