I am looking for a skilled remodeler with experience in interior remodeling. We do complete renovations of residential housing and most are gut rehabs. All of our work's focus is mostly in the south side of chicago near morgan park and some south suburbs. Looking to add another individual that shows up to work, does what needs to be done and is easy to communicate with.
Must have reliable transportation. You do need to have a set of tools. Looking for someone that is able to complete most components of the remodel with minimal oversight.
Looking to offer a long term position and may begin immediately.
Must be proficient in some of the below:
framing/trimwork
minor plumbing
minor electrical
drywall/taping
floor and wall tile
I am looking for an individual for a full time position. Pay is weekly. Pay is dependent on experience and quality of work. There are no set guidelines for pay, will be an open discussion. Currently paying skilled labor around $32 an hour.
Past references from previous employers/clients will be required along with pictures of previous work.
I am also looking for laborers for basic demolition and tasks of the like. Must have reliable transportation and show up on time. Laborers start at $20.
