McBath Construction, a trusted general contractor serving HOA communities and property management companies for over 12 years, is seeking a Working Carpenter Foreman to lead our field crews. We specialize in interior and exterior renovations, carpentry repairs, siding repairs, roofing repairs, and community-wide improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead a crew of carpenters and laborers on residential and commercial projects.
Perform hands-on carpentry work — framing, trim, siding etc.
Manage daily jobsite operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients to meet deadlines.
Read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and specifications.
Track materials, time, and production to support accurate project reporting.
Qualifications:
5+ years of carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of framing, siding, trim, and general construction practices.
Ability to manage small crews and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Reliable transportation (truck or van is a plus), valid driver’s license, and basic tools required.
Must be able to work outdoors year-round.
