Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician

Our client, a multinational technology corporation, is seeking a Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Team supporting mechanical and electrical systems at the facility. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with facilities maintenance for a critical environment or high-volume manufacturing facility and excellent troubleshooting and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Critical Facilities Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Chicago, ILPay Range: $33-40/HR on Experis W2What’s the Job?Max of 5

Take daily operational readings of all electrical equipment through routine rounds/log taking (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.).

Fire alarm preventative maintenance (PM).

Assist in the troubleshooting, repair and replacement of instrument sensors and calibration.

Quarterly and annual Generator preventative maintenance.

What’s Needed?

All candidates must hold an OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification.

Experience with mechanical systems in a high availability assembly / manufacturing / critical infrastructure environments such as datacenters, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

3+ year(s) work/applied learning experience in technical fields (e.g. automotive, electrical, controls, datacenter).
