Payroll Coordinator

What You'll Do:

Incoming mail- post office

Date stamp all incoming mail

Distribute mail to other departments as needed

Child Support orders and Garnishment-

Read the order-determine what needs to be done

Questions on orders check with team members

stamp

add EID/SS number of Associate

Scan Child Support orders and Garnishment and upload to Smart Compliance

Medical Support orders to Benefit

Review Writs of Garnishments ( ADP should handling these)

Resolve the emails from ADP on garnishments in error (very important)

New Hire – Rehires

Review the que first thing in the morning

Send Associates hired within 7 days to on-boarding

Email immediate Manager of Associate and GAM and PR Specialist to look out for the associate

Request Timecard number and enter in "Time Info" panel

Follow up on Direct Deposit and Tax panel make sure both are complete

Rehires- make sure to review the Service Dates and make corrections as needed

Terminated Associates Que

Review the que first thing in the morning after new hires

Will be trained on terms with Deceased associates

Run Missing Direct Deposit report each Monday morning and reach out to Associates

On Payroll Tuesday- review the Payroll Preview for anyone with a "LIVE" check

Contact the location and request a Wisely Card data

Enter the Wisely card in Smart Compliance

Enter the Wisely Account Number and Routing number from Smart Compliance in the associates ADP DD panel

Will run the "Post Processing" payroll reports Wednesday after we final

You will serve as the point of contact for timecard supply request and distribution

You will serve as the point of contact for Wisely card supply request and distribution

Will work on the payroll for CEC and BDC

Will run the Construction Report on Fridays and distribute
